Torgash

Torgash CMS

An online shop engine on Laravel and PostgreSQL. Free, built from modules, with several languages and currencies from day one.

What it can do

  • ModulesEverything beyond the core is a module. Remove one and nothing is left behind — no stray tables, no edited files.
  • Languages and currenciesAny text can be translated, every price knows its currency, and exchange rates update by themselves.
  • Signed updatesThe shop finds out about a new version itself and installs it only if the signature matches. The database is backed up first; if anything fails, the previous version comes back by itself.
  • An edit won't take the shop downIf one part of a page fails, only that part disappears. There's a safe mode and a "Put it back" button in the audit log.
  • Quick pagesPages are built on the server, so they open fast even on an old phone.

Torgash is an e-commerce engine we write from scratch. Everything a shop usually needs is already in the box: a catalogue with variations and filters, cart and checkout, delivery and payments, promotions and gift cards, reviews, a blog, banners and sliders, exchange with 1C and MoySklad. Whatever isn’t core lives in modules that you add when you need them and remove when you don’t.

What’s in it

  • Payments and delivery: LiqPay, monobank, WayForPay, Stripe, Nova Poshta, your own delivery methods and pickup points.
  • Catalogue: variations, options and kits, warehouses and stock, compare and wishlist, search that understands Cyrillic, video and 3D models on products.
  • Selling: promotions, gift cards, bonus points, a closed range for customer groups, returns, your own enquiry forms, product import, export and feeds.
  • Looks: the shop’s colours with a light and a dark theme, blocks on pages, menus and snippets without editing the theme.
  • Security: a content security policy on every page, a log of staff changes, export and erasure of personal data.

When an edit breaks something

You can close the shop to visitors: a guest sees a tidy placeholder, while you see the shop itself and a link to show it to a client. If a broken edit makes part of a page fail, only that part disappears, and staff see the reason and a link to the edit. Safe mode switches to the standard theme without your own CSS and snippets, and a change to a product, page or setting goes back with “Put it back” in the audit log.

Who it’s for

For shops that want an engine of their own: no subscription, nobody deciding for you what you’re allowed to change, and code you can actually read.

The archive is the whole shop, PHP libraries included: no Composer and no Node on the server. The installer checks the server, creates the database and the owner — in a browser or with one command. If you’d rather, we’ll set it up for you: write to us.
